Welcome to my Ultimate Caribbean Cruise port Guide - What to do in Barbados - Episode 1 My first episode of My Arvia Caribbean Cruise port series starts with Barbados, where i share with you lots of tips and ideas on what to do when you arrive. In this video I sail on a Catamaran up the west coast of Barbados. I booked this tour with Viator directly. The local company was El Tigre and next time I am in Barbados I will certainly contact them directly as they were amazing in every way. I also talk about a possible visit to the very popular Boatyard which is great for a beach day. The cost of the trip which was called Catamaran, Turtle and shipwreck snorkelling cruise and was £90pp. Swimming with turtles in Barbados is on many peoples bucket list but the turtles are not always there so please bear this in mind. What a trip this was, alternatively many people prefer to head on over to The Boatyard which is $5 in a taxi from the cruise port. $35 entry fee will get you a sunbed sunlounger , drinks and a swim with the turtles too. Taxis are in abundance at the cruise port so just confirm the price with the taxi drivers and they will take you wherever you wish to go. We visited Heywoods Beach whilst there, wow this was one of the most stunning beaches in Barbados . Next Week - Tortola!!!! In Episode 2 - I visit Tortola and travel to one of the most stunning beaches in Tortola independently.
