Creator's Key Takeaways

It was a very exciting and fun cruise. One of the more interesting ones I've done.

I would definitely do it again.

It was about as perfect a sailing as you can get.

She is a beautiful ship with so many different areas and features on board.

Creator's Tips & Advice

Try the frozen strawberry soufflé dessert on the last night.
If you're on a similar itinerary, an extra sea day would help break up the port-intensive schedule.

YouTube Video Description

This is the eighth and final episode of theCruiseView's sailing onboard the Jewel of the Seas. This series will take you into the day to day experience of being onboard the Jewel of the Seas for her Pacific Coastal Repositioning sailing, an 8 night cruise down the west coast from Vancouver to Los Angeles. On today's episode we're making our final port of call, another tender port of call, as we visit Santa Barbara California. I'll look ahead to tomorrow morning as we arrive in our seventh different port of this sailing, San Pedro for our final debarkation. We'll take a look back at everything that has happened during this sailing; all the ports, activities, and of course excursions. I'll also take some time for a closer final look at the Jewel of the Seas and how she's performed over the past 8 nights. As well as look ahead to the future with my remaining 10 nights in Los Angeles and the activities available there as well as the next two sailings of theCruiseView; the 13 night Harmony of the Seas Transatlantic on October 23rd 2016 and a return to the Quantum class on a 12 night Southern Caribbean cruise for the Anthem of the Seas on April 17th 2017.
