Travel Chat - Margaritaville at Sea Paradise; Is It Getting Any Better?

Hello and welcome to our new series "Travel Chat" In this first episode, we’re setting sail once again aboard the Margaritaville at Sea Paradise! This marks our second time cruising with Margaritaville at Sea, and we’re here to give you a full, detailed update on everything that’s changed since our last voyage a year ago. From the moment we arrived at the port, we could tell that Margaritaville at Sea has been listening to guest feedback and making improvements. One of the first things we noticed was the parking upgrade—it’s now much more organized and accessible, helping kick the trip off on the right foot. The embarkation process has also seen improvements. It’s smoother and more efficient, with less waiting around and more time to start enjoying your vacation. Once onboard, we take you through all the dining options—what’s new, what’s changed, and which restaurants are worth checking out. Whether you’re looking for a quick bite or a sit-down dinner, we’ve got you covered. Next up, we dive into the entertainment on the ship. We were especially impressed with how engaged and lively the entertainment crew was during this trip. Their energy is infectious, and they do a fantastic job of getting everyone involved—whether it’s poolside games, live music, or themed parties, they’ve truly stepped it up a notch. Speaking of the pool deck, one of the biggest visual upgrades we noticed was right there. The ship’s appearance, especially in the pool area, has definitely gotten a facelift. The new aesthetic gives off fresh vacation vibes and really adds to the onboard experience. Another area where we saw improvement was in how they move the crowd around the ship. From better signage to more organized event spaces, it’s clear they’ve made an effort to reduce congestion and improve the flow of traffic, making your time on board more enjoyable. Of course, no trip is perfect, and we do touch on a few cons, like the disembarkation process, which unfortunately still felt chaotic and unorganized. It’s one area where Margaritaville at Sea could still improve. However, one major highlight is their new joint venture with the Margaritaville Resort in Nassau, Bahamas. This collaboration really elevates the entire cruise experience. Having the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful resort while in port adds incredible value and makes the stop in Nassau even more exciting.
