We will be making three cocktails known as the Mango Rum Swizzle, the Bahama Mama, and the Pineapple Old Fashion as we share our New Year's weekend experience in Las Vegas. Cocktail Recipes: PINEAPPLE RUM OLD FASHION: 2oz pineapple rum 3/4oz simple syrup 1/2oz lime juice 1oz overproof rum 1/4oz ginger bitters Express and garnish with lime skin MANGO RUM SWIZZLE Muddle mint leaves, 3/4oz simple syrup, and 1/2oz lime juice in bottom of shaker Add ice 2oz Mango rum 2oz Mango juice Shake Add ice in glass Pour contents in glass and add 4 dashes or 1/4 oz of Peychaud bitters/liquer.
