We had a catamaran tour booked and planned to spend the whole day out in the sunshine circling the island. Unfortunately that plan fell through at the last minute, but instead we had an incredible day hanging out with locals at the market, eating the national dish, and then spending a beautiful afternoon at an all-inclusive resort flying the drone and laying in over-water hammocks!
