In this video, we set sail from Maalaea Harbor on the Ocean Odyssey, which is ironically named just like our future home at sea with Villa Vie Residences. It was a picture-perfect day, and we were thrilled to see whales in the distance, including an exciting competition pod! But the real magic happened when two whales, which we fondly call the "losers" of the competition, decided to put on a spectacular show for us. Our captain humorously declared that we were in "whale jail" as these magnificent creatures circled our boat, swam underneath, and popped their heads up to peek at us for a full 30 minutes! It was an unforgettable sight, a special treat just before we leave Maui to travel the world on the Odyssey.
