In the United States, the CDC has finally given the green light to the cruise industry to start operating from July. After receiving criticism from various cruise lines, the CDC has made alterations to its Conditional Sail Order (CSO) that make cruising viable and a possibility. Due to the Passenger Vessels Services Act, the Alaska summer cruise season remains off the table. Unless Canada revokes its ban on cruising, or allows cruise lines to use their ports for "technical stops", the season doesn't have much of a chance. Thanks for watching!
