It’s day 2 on Scarlet Lady and we have a morning packed with some dance fitness classes! First up, the 80s themed VHS Workout! This class is soooo much fun and a must while you’re on board. Dress up in your favorite 80s gear, grab your shake weight, be ready for some spicy moves & jokes and be ready to live your best life! After class we grabbed some water and a quick snack then ran up to our BoyBand Dance Class. Last year we got N’SYNC “BYE BYE BYE” and this year we got BACKSTREET BOYS “EVERYBODY”. I think this one was more fun because we were in a better space and there was more movement to this choreography. You usually have to search the deck to find the exact spot for this dance class.
