Visiting the Brevard Zoo in Melbourne, Florida

I spent a day in Melbourne Florida last week and went to the Brevard Zoo. I had no idea this zoo existed until right before my (very short) road trip to Melbourne from Orlando. This is actually pretty close to my home; it's about an hour's drive from my house! I wanted to share this zoo on my channel because I think it's so important to explore our own local communities right now since national and international travel are so severely frowned upon. I also think this would be a great day trip from Orlando if you're visiting Orlando for a vacation and are wanting to do something that's outside of the hustle and bustle of the large city. The zoo is located near beaches, Port Canaveral, the space center, many excellent local restaurants, an enormous flea market, and some great local breweries. I would definitely encourage you to visit Melbourne Florida. I am certainly looking forward to taking my mom there with me sometime this year.
