As day 2 comes to a close, Mum and I end our time at Hollywood Studios with a quick viewing of Indiana Jones Stunt Spectacular that finishes merely seconds before a torrential rainfall. We sprint to a Disney Springs bus in order to make a dinner reservation at The Boathouse, where we feast on some delicious seafood! Shopping ensues (obviously) and we partake in some Ganachery chocolate and Sprinkles cupcakes. After taking the boat back to French Quarter, I chat with you about the day before hitting the lounge in the hotel to watch the Penguins and have a beer. All and all, a wonderful second day in Disney!
