We start out at London Heathrow's Hilton Garden Inn at Terminals 2 & 3. There I give you an overview of what Disney Vacation Club is and how it works. Not only that, I explain ‘home resorts,’ the points system, renting DVC points and more. On our travel day, we make our way from the hotel over to Terminal 3 via the underground subway. Upon arriving at the Virgin Atlantic/Delta check-in, we proceed to the departures lounge for a spot of pre-flight shopping and a coffee stop. We flew on an A330 in seats 21A and 21C (premium economy). Once onboard the aircraft, I give you a little Premium Economy seat tour, a look at the menu and welcome drinks, before settling in for a well needed rest. Upon arriving into Orlando International (MCO), we take the gate-link over to the main terminal building, head down to level 2 and order ourselves an Uber to take us over to Disney's Wilderness Lodge. There we check-in to our Deluxe Studio (with Walk-In Shower) and give you a full room-tour. This includes a look at the queen bed, bathroom, wardrobe, sofa bed and balcony view. After showing you around the room, we head downstairs to the Mercantile shop, before grabbing a light dinner at the Roaring Fork quick-service restaurant.
