Terry and Lidia here! Today we're taking you along one of our favorite local finds — a peaceful loop trail right along the Washougal River in Camas, Washington. This one's completely free, easy walking, and honestly one of the prettiest little walks we've done close to home.We wandered through open fields, ducked into shaded forest, passed by a few quiet ponds, and crossed the river on a really wonderful foot bridge — the kind you just want to stop on for a minute. We also got lucky with wildlife today — egrets and a heron were out along the water, which made the walk even better. If you're in the Camas, Vancouver WA, or Portland, Oregon area and looking for something easy and free to do outdoors, this is a great one to add to your list. It's flat, well-maintained, and works for pretty much any fitness level — perfect if you're retired (or getting there!) and want an easy morning outing.Life is too short to not have fun, right? We had a blast on this one.If you haven't yet done it, if you could hit the like button and subscribe, we'd appreciate it. Love to hear about your travels — and if you've walked this trail, tell us what you saw!#Camas #Washougal #PNWHiddenGem
