We actually went on a private excursion with Iguana Mama Tours to see the beautiful city of Puerto Plata! This was an action packed tour. We started with a visit up the mountain to the Teleferico Cable Car. Then we went to Ron Macorix Rum Distillery. This was followed by a quick visit to an old fort. We then had a FABULOUS lunch at Kaffe, a local restaurant. We then did a quick city walk and ended the day with cigars and dancing at Espigon Cigars. You will see that in part 2!
