What to Know About Carnival Cruise Line's New Loyalty Program

Carnival Cruise Line just announced a brand new loyalty program #CarnivalRewards slated to roll out next year — and there are some big changes coming to loyalty members. Some things to know: 🔹 Until the transition, members of the current loyalty program #VIFP will continue to earn status as usual. 🔹 Under the new program, loyalty status will be based on money spent — on everything from cruise bookings and pre-cruise add-ons (like airport transfers), to onboard spending. 🔹 When the new program launches, loyalty members will enter into it at whichever VIFP loyalty tier they’ve reached by May 31, 2026. They’ll have a grace period to retain that status for two years. 🔹 During that two-year period, they’ll have to prequalify for their status, which will determine their status level for the next two-year period. ➡️ Which perks will be changing for each tier?
