The Delfin III cruise ship on the Amazon River uses locally sourced products to create their menus. Of course, this means lots of fish on this river cruise! However, if you don't eat fish, they accommodate with chicken instead:) Each dinner was themed and freshly prepared on ship. Every night was a new experience. with different table scapes and music!
