Yesterday at the Port of Genoa, a French woman collapsed on the sidewalk out of fear that she and her daughter would miss their cruise ship departure. The woman, already feeling overwhelmed while navigating to the cruise terminal fainted as her terrified minor daughter tried desperately to wake her.  Local police officers, who were nearby, rushed to the help. While waiting for medical responders, the officers comforted the child and assisted the mother, who regained consciousness but refused to be taken to the emergency room.
