My first stop at both the lunch and dinner buffets is to browse desserts. L'Austral does have a gourmet sit-down restaurant for dinner but Marine Steve and I stuck to the bountiful lunch and dinner buffets for the selections. It took 13 days to pack on three pounds which will take 3 months to lose -- but worth every calorie!
