Be aware that hotel TVs may not have English language channels.
Check out the underground bar 'Trailer Park After Dark' if you are in the area.
The hotel is centrally located near the Gaslamp Quarter, Petco Park, and the San Diego Convention Center.
If you want to try yoga, Pilates, or boot camp, do individual classes as it works out a lot cheaper than the unlimited pass.
If you are in the Haven, ask about the special Haven entrance for the Aqua Coaster.
Eat at Hudson's for the best views as it has windows all the way around.
Don't let the scary appearance of the building deter you, as looks can be deceiving.
Do not bring a personal steamer into the cabin as it can trigger the smoke detector and lead to confiscation.
