Hello Travelers, In August of 2023, I did my first full transit of the Panama Canal with Princess cruises. It was a 19 day cruise, the longest I had been on to date. This is day 3 of the cruise, and another sea day. I enjoyed my breakfast on my balcony again today. I could totally get used to this! There was an array of activities available around the ship, and I checked out the game of Jenga that was Officers vs Passengers. It is an ongoing battle held in different ways throughout the cruise, with a final winner tallied at the end. I also caught the line dance class, teaching the Cupid Shuffle. Those classes are always well attended. At the solo travelers meetup, I found that one of the ladies had created a standing reservation for an early seating, I think it was 5:00 or 5:30. People could join her if they wanted, and the dinner seating was popular. I joined them a few times during the cruise. It was fun to see what people ordered and how each of the dishes and desserts looked. I also went to the Yes No game show, and while there, ran into some people I knew from a cruise to Alaska years ago. What a small world cruising can be! I have more videos for this cruise, as well as future cruises booked through the rest of this year and beyond. Thanks for watching!
