Flying Southwest Airlines | Las Vegas to San Francisco | Trip Report

Hello Travelers, On September 5, 2022, I flew from Houston to San Francisco via Las Vegas. This is my flight on Southwest Airlines for the second leg of the trip: LAS - SFO. After landing in Las Vegas from Houston, I was happy to see that the gate we were to board the next leg was quite close. This was especially good considering I had less than an hour between flights. I had just enough time to stretch my legs and it was time to board the next flight. There was a woman traveling with her very cute dog, and the dog apparently knows a dog person when he sees one (or smells one, I’m sure he could smell my dogs on my clothes). He stopped to have a sniff and a wag and get a quick pet while we were all waiting to board. Some day I will be lucky enough for a dog to sit in my row on a flight. The flight itself was very smooth. The attendants served soft drinks (alcoholic drinks were available for purchase). Oh, and you get a very small bag of snack mix.
