Hello Travelers, Hello Travelers, I hope you joined me for an unforgettable voyage on a Silversea cruise, where every detail is curated for luxury cruising. The voyage ended in Vancouver, Canada. Once off the ship, I chose to stay an additional day in Vancouver. I was able to go on a tour of Butchart Gardens, leaving from the hotel across the street from the Pan Pacific, where I was staying. The tour stopped at several other locations to pick up more people, and then we headed to the ferry. The bus drives onto the ferry and parks, and everyone gets off and heads to the higher decks where the amenities are. You have a choice of climbing at least 3 flights of stairs, or waiting on an elevator, but they take quite a bit of time as they are popular with people with mobility challenges. The ferry had a good sized cafeteria offering hot and cold food. The lines for the hot foot were very long, but they also had areas with sandwiches and other food that was grab and go. Our bus driver mentioned that we should think about where we want to eat, because if we eat during our garden tour, which is only two hours long, we will cut into our time exploring the gardens. So I got a sandwich on the ferry and used my entire time at the gardens exploring. After the gardens, we went to the harbor and had about an hour and a half there. I got to see the Empress Hotel, and the Parliament building. There were restaurants to be sampled and places to shop around the area as well. All in all, this was a great tour, but a long day. The tour was 12 hours after we finished picking up the last passenger. So I got back to my hotel around 9:30pm. With an early flight the next morning, I had just enough time to pack my bags and get some sleep. Please like this video and subscribe to my channel to make sure you donβt miss future content.
