Hello Travelers, I am currently (April 2022) on board the Ruby Princess, and have been having issues with the MedallionClass app which Princess uses for so many things while on board. When I try to get into My Time Dining to see where/when I was supposed to be having dinner, the app would get stuck and forever be “Loading”. The same thing happened when I tried to get into JourneyView to see what activities were happening on board. For your reference, I have an Apple iPhone, and these directions should work for recent models of Apple phones. I went to the MedallionClass kiosk on Deck 7 Aft (just past the photo area), and they changed two settings to make it work. I have talked to so many passengers having this same issue, that I wanted to post something for people so they don’t have to track down a crew member.
