Queen Mary 2 Sea Day 2 | QM2 Trans Atlantic | Solo Travel Vlog

Hello Travelers, I boarded the Queen Mary 2 from New York City on July 21, 2023. This is a cruise of firsts—my first time on a Cunard ship, and my first time crossing the Atlantic Ocean. The cruise is seven days long, with no port stops at all. This is our second day of the cruise and the first full day at sea, having left port the day before. I admit, I slept in and was generally a lounge lizard. I had “brunch” in the buffet—mostly called that by the time of day, not the food on offer. They do have a small tea setup in the buffet as well in the afternoons, and I had some of that instead of going to the full afternoon tea time in the Queens Room. Dinner was in the Britannia Club dining room, and the food there was excellent. I ended my day listening to the harpist in the Commodore and enjoying a cocktail.
