Hello Travelers, One of the indulgences I look forward to on cruise ships is when they offer a Chef’s Table experience. I have been lucky enough to enjoy this experience across multiple lines and see the differences. I’m highlighting the experiences in case you are interested in participating on a cruise too. Even where they start the experience or serve the meal can differ from lines to line. I’ve had our experience begin with a galley tour, with initial tidbits served there. I’ve had the entire meal served in the galley with the staff working at preparing the meal for all the ship guests around us while we dined. I’ve even eaten one of the meals with the Frankenstein monster looming over us. I hope you enjoy this sampling of dishes.
