Unforgettable Solo Travel Experience: Embarking on P&O Iona to the Norwegian Fjords

Hello Travelers, I boarded P&O’s Iona on July 29, 2023. I have never been on this cruise line before, so I was interested to see the differences in the way a new line handles things. We are doing a seven day tour of the Norwegian Fjords, a bucket list cruise for me. I’m excited to bring you along on this trip! We embarked from the port of Southampton in the UK. I had just stepped off the Queen Mary 2 from the same port the day before, and after an over night in a hotel, I was ready to head out on another adventure. I still have a rough voice from the bout of the creeping crud I acquired on my Princess cruise tour to Alaska at the beginning of the summer.
