Hello Travelers, In September 2021, I posted a step-by-step video walkthrough of the BinaxNOW Ag Card Home Test (https://youtu.be/FvAgj2vHb6s). This is the version of the test that comes with a Telehealth consultation with one of the proctors who will observe you taking the test and provide you results within 15 minutes. The results from this test are accepted by several cruise lines, and now places of employment, airlines and schools are recommending this test. I have purchased mine both from the emed.com website, where they sell the tests in lots of 6. The test are then shipped out with Federal Express so you get them quickly. However, most people don’t need six tests at once, so you can also get them from the Optum.com store. They now have more options for you to choose from for why you are getting a test. And more importantly, the contents of the test has changed. You used to get a small bottle with liquid in it that you dropped into the top hole of the test card. Now there is an ampule with a plastic twist off top that you use. The questions have changed pre-test as well, to account for the cruise lines and the different reasons people are taking these tests. There were enough changes to warrant a new version of the test.
