Queen Mary 2 Sea Day 5 | QM2 Trans Atlantic | Solo Travel Vlog

Hello Travelers, I boarded the Queen Mary 2 from New York City on July 21, 2023. This is a cruise of firsts—my first time on a Cunard ship, and my first time crossing the Atlantic Ocean. The cruise is seven days long, with no port stops at all. This is our fifth day of the cruise and the day dawned chilly and foggy outside. I opted for some nice hot tea at Sir Samuel’s, an unusual space that sometimes had small bites and sometimes desserts but also served a nice tea tray. I attended the second of the cocktail classes, this one in the Commodore’s Club. This was a really nice presentation. It included recipes for the drinks this time, which I liked, and they gave us some stories about the Commodores these drinks were named after. Both classes were really fun, and a good way to try several different drinks you might otherwise not be interested in. I found some to my taste, and others not so much, but that is why we do this.
