Carnival Celebration I Lost my GoPro!! | Inaugural US Voyage | Solo Travel

Hello Travelers, I boarded Carnival Celebration on November 21, 2022. This is a six day cruise, visiting Grand Turk, Amber Cove and Nassau. Join me in exploring this brand new ship! While I was out hiding ducks, I managed to set my GoPro camera on it’s hand held tripod down and forget to pick it up again when I left. I realized it several decks later, and while I had a mental image of setting it down on a table, I couldn’t remember where that table was. So I went to the Casino, thinking maybe it was there, but nobody had turned one in. They suggested I visit Customer Service, and when I did, they asked me to describe the GoPro. I told him it was black (as they all are) and it was a model 10. I also told him it was on a small handheld bendy tripod. He asked me to further describe the tripod, and I told him it has foam around the legs. With that, he went into the back and brought out my camera and tripod! A crew member apparently found it and turned it in. I was so relieved that I wasn’t going to have to replace my camera gear. I left a thank you gift with them to give to the crew member. Phew!!
