Hello Travelers, I wanted to take a moment and talk about my experience doing the back to back on Ruby Princess, followed immediately by the side to side on the same day on Carnival Panorama. Normally, I don’t advocate traveling on the same day as your cruise departs. This is especially true if you are traveling to the port some distance, such as across the country or internationally. However, I inadvertently booked my back to back, and then decided to book a birthday cruise with my sister that left the same day the Ruby got back to port in San Francisco. The only problem is that the Panorama was leaving from Long Beach. If you aren’t familiar with California geography—it is over 400 miles between these two ports. See the video for how the journey went, and if I would advise anyone to do this! Please like this video and subscribe to my channel to make sure you don’t miss future content. I have more videos for this cruise, as well as future cruises booked through the rest of this year and beyond. Thanks for watching!
