Hello Travelers, I am traveling solo on the lovely Ruby Princess cruise ship out of San Francisco and under the beautiful Golden Gate Bridge. Today was our final sea day, and I had a laid back, relaxing day. First I went to the Culinary Demonstration in the Princess Theater. The lighting had the effect of completely washing out the people giving the demo—to the extent that they looked like ghosts on the monitor, and on my camera footage. I had a slice of pizza for lunch, and then later had Afternoon Tea. The little cakes and sandwiches were all very tasty. After that, I stopped by the Good Spirits at Sea bar and had a Vanilla Sky cocktail. They have special drinks that you can only get there at that bar, and they give you all kinds of interesting information about the region where the ingredients are sourced and the drink itself. The Captain’s Circle Cocktail Party was this evening, and the Captain always makes some kind of speech. This is also the best source of how many people we have on the ship. We had 890 passengers on this voyage. Ruby Princess has a capacity of 3,782. Tomorrow we must leave the ship. I shall film disembarkation to let you see how it is getting off at the Port of San Francisco.
