Hello Travelers, I boarded Carnival Celebration on November 21, 2022. This is a six day cruise, visiting Grand Turk, Amber Cove and Nassau. Join me in exploring this brand new ship! I flew in the night before and stayed at the Miami Intercontinental Hotel. The cruise port was visible from my room, so you might think it wouldnโ€™t take a long time to get to the port. And youโ€™d be wrong. Something blocked the traffic from exiting the port (the tunnels were closed down just after the port exit), which also backed up the traffic trying to enter the port, because nobody could get anywhere. After a short while, our taxi driver became frustrated and decided to drive further up the road past our ship and several others to try and get to a point where he could actually turn left to be on the correct side of the road where the ships all were. We finally made it to the port (I was sharing the cab with a very nice couple I met at the hotel), and the actual Embarkation process took mere minutes. There was no crowd because nobody could get through. We ended up departing later than expected, and I would be surprised if it wasnโ€™t because of how many people had such a hard time getting to the ship. Embarkation went smoothly, and I had a surprise greeting from @LeeFleetCruiseDirector when I stepped on board! The ship is beautiful and there is a ton of things to do, I'll be challenged to get to everything in the time I have on board. Dinner was in Rudiโ€™s Seagrill, and it was very good. I spent much of my time trying to film sail away, but when it was postponed, I knew I would have to miss it, because I had my dinner reservation. So I watched us sail away in the dark from the restaurant. Please like this video and subscribe to my channel to make sure you donโ€™t miss future content. I have more videos for this cruise, as well as future cruises booked through the rest of this year and beyond. Thanks for watching!
