As a followup to yesterday's video, I ran across an article that indicated that Covid-19 cases were confirmed on Carnival Panorama on the sailing I just got off. I had assumed that to be the case, based on the change in color on the CDC's website for the ship, but this is the first news article I have seen about it as well. I also found an article on a merchant ship that is asking to dock in the San Francisco Bay area because all but 2 of their crew had confirmed cases of Covid as well. Here are the two articles I mention in the video: https://www.cruiselawnews.com/2021/08/articles/disease/carnival-panorama-the-latest-fun-ship-with-covid-19-aboard/ https://www.ktvu.com/news/covid-outbreak-among-crewmembers-aboard-cargo-ship-anchored-in-san-francisco-bay And here is the link to the CDC site on the color coded status of the cruise ships: https://www.cdc.gov/quarantine/cruise/cruise-ship-color-status.html #carnivalcruises #carnivalpanorama #cruisenews --------------------------------------------------------------------- Contact email: Sue@SoloSueTravels.com Instagram: SoloSueTravels Twitter: @SoloSueTravels1 Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/SoloSueTravels/
