Enchanted Princess Day 7 - Curacao | Inaugural Sailing | November 2021 | Solo Travel

Hello Travelers, I am traveling solo on the brand new Enchanted Princess cruise ship for her maiden voyage with paying passengers. This is day 7 of our ten day journey, where we are visiting Curacao. I went on the Hato Caves & Willemstad Walking Tour. They bussed us from the ship to the caves, it wasn’t a long drive—less than half an hour I would say. We walked through the cave system, and that was really interesting. They don’t let you take video or pictures except for a couple of places, but I still was able to give you an idea of what the caves were like. After that, we drove over the highest bridge in the Caribbean, and then up to a fort that was high on a hill. It was pouring much of the day (liquid sunshine), so the guide was able to get permission for us to do a driving tour of the old Jewish quarter with their beautiful houses. We were given the option to be dropped off over by the Queen Emma floating bridge (and shopping area), or to go directly back to the ship. I opted for shopping, but the difference was really only about a five minute walk. The shopping district spans both sides of the walking bridge, so you have the option whether you want to cross the bridge or not.
