Norwegian Prima Day 4: Sea Day | Inaugural Sailing | Solo Travel

Hello Travelers, I was on the brand new Norwegian Prima cruise ship for a media and travel agent cruise. This video covers the last day on this short four day cruise. Today was our last day of the cruise, and a sea day. I had breakfast in Hudson’s, which is one of the two restaurants designated as the main dining rooms. I managed to have Eggs Benedict, and it was perfectly made. Much of the day was spent filming the areas of the ship I hadn’t been able to get to before. I was able to get some good footage of the speedway from across the deck. The pool deck below me was very popular, and there was music playing to help the party along. Lunch was in The Local Bar & Grill. By the time I got there, only outdoor seating was available, and I found myself at a table for two in the blazing sun. The hostess allowed me to move the chair and table backward a bit so that the pillar that was there would provide a little shade. But it was still a bit toasty out on deck. I tried to get into several shows, but had zero luck. Syd Norman’s had a band doing a cover of the entire Fleetwood Mac Rumors album, and it was standing room only immediately after it opened. The Improv across the hall was much the same. The venues (with the exception of the theater) on this ship are all undersized for the demand they generate. And the reservations for all the shows were already booked by the time I got on the ship (the app was not allowing us to make reservations ahead of the sailing, probably that is not the case for paying passenger cruises). Dinner was in the buffet, and I enjoyed the wood fired oven pizza once again. If you get on the Prima, don’t miss this—it is tucked away in the back corner of the buffet, so you can easily miss it.
