Hello Travelers, I boarded the Sky Princess on July 20, 2024 for a trip around Scandinavia. We left out of the Port of Southampton in the UK. This was day 10 of the cruise, and we are docked in Helsinki, Finland. Today we are in Helsinki, and we actually arrived late last night (around 11pm). The ship announced we were going to be in port early, but that the services (such as shuttles) were not going to be available until the morning. So while I could have tried to go on shore last night, I was tired and just not feeling like it. This morning I had a tour booked to tour the Fazer Visitor’s Center, where they have lots of interesting activities and demonstrations. At the end, we were set loose in a room with many of their products, and allowed to eat only what we could consume in that room—no putting the items in your bags for later. After that, we were sent to the gift shop where of course we could purchase more of anything we enjoyed in the prior room.
