Creator's Key Takeaways

Alaska is just simply amazing. If you have never been to Alaska and you have the ability to come, I recommend it.

This time you have to take a shuttle from Ward Cove to downtown Ketchikan and it's going to be located right in front of the Princess cruise ship

When it comes to the Canadian stops on the Alaskan cruises, between Prince Rupert and Victoria, my favorite is Prince Rupert because you can actually walk into town.

Creator's Tips & Advice

βœ“Stay at Hotel Riu Plaza Fisherman's Wharf for a pre-cruise stay due to proximity to the port and free amenities.
βœ“Be prepared to take a shuttle if the ship docks at Ward Cove instead of downtown Ketchikan.
βœ“In Prince Rupert, you can take a roughly 3-mile round trip walk from the dock to explore the town.

About our Bacon Score methodology
YouTube Video Description↓

This is our 2nd Alaska Cruise and our second cruise from Port of San Francisco. We love Port of San Fran. The Luminosa was enjoyable in many ways. The ship's stabilizers are great as we weren't even aware there was rough seas unless we looked out to see :). Also the decor in our cabin was nice. We also enjoyed the layout of the cabin and balcony facing forward. Port stops and excursions were great too. We sailed with 28 of our clients, family and friends and it was a terrific itinerary allowing for lots of relaxation as well as sight seeing. Thank you for watching!
