Join us for Episode 2 of our Ambassador Ambition Irish Mini Cruise series as we dive into formal night on Ambassador Ambition — and answer the big question: did we overdress for Gala Night in our tuxedos? Today’s vlog is packed with sunshine, food, fun, and a whole lot of ship‑exploring aboard Ambassador Cruise Line’s Ambition. We start the day discovering just how warm it really is out on deck (interior cabin problems!), before heading aft to the Deck 11 terrace for those iconic wake views. A quick selfie under the funnel was a must — even if Gavin still isn’t a fan of the colour. Snacks from the grill quickly turned into a “research trip” to the Borough Market buffet, where there’s a surprisingly decent selection catering to all tastes, including dietary‑friendly desserts. The afternoon takes us through some of Ambition’s best spots: • The relaxed Clifton Lounge • The Green Sea Spa on Deck 11 • Sunshine drinks at the Consulate Bar • Pre‑dinner wine at the Pendennis Bar • And finally, dinner in the Holyrood Restaurant on Deck 6 After a fantastic meal, we head back out to the terrace for a sunset selfie session, followed by a breezy walk on deck in our tuxedos — perfect for cooling off and grabbing more funnel photos. As second seating begins, the ship becomes beautifully quiet… ideal for a bit of mildly merry mischief and one of our favourite things onboard: the silent disco. Just make sure you grab headphones unless you enjoy questionable singing. We wrap up the night at The Cavern, where the time absolutely flew by.
