AARP to Raise Rates, and Cut Discounts on (some) Cruise Gift Cards

unfortunately there's been some changes to one of the mechanisms that Cruisers use to save a little bit of money

they've recently reduced the discount that you get on Carnival Cruise Line gift cards from 10% down to 8% and now down to 5%

for those that cruise often and have relied on this this is unfortunately a reduction obviously in those savings
