Today we travel to the Anantara Golden Triangle Elephant Camp Resort in Chiang Rai, Thailand for 5 blissful but busy days. We stay in a Mekong Explorer Suite but on the first night stay in the legendary Jungle Bubble Experience. This is epic, you stay in a tent next to two elephants for the evening and sleep in the Jungle Bubble. This is a true bucket list experience and worth every penny. As part of your stay you receive 5 included experiences which you book in advance before you arrive. For us that included a Cooking Class, Walking with Elephants, Caring for Elephants, Local tour and boat trip and finally a Spa Experience. A meal at SamSarn Restaurant is also included. All meals are included as well as soft drinks in the restaurant or on room service. We also experienced Canopy and ate at the top of a tree overlooking the Golden Triangle.
