This vlog encapsulates two days (Tuesday and Thursday) from last week. Tuesday morning, Adam and I went out to the Eagle River Nature Center for a hike. We ended up doing the Albert loop, which was a little over 3 miles. It wasn't my favorite hike because it wasn't the most scenic of routes, but we did get to see some fresh(ish) bear scat on the trail! Thursday we had planned to go blueberry picking in the Arctic Slope area, but once we got up to the top of the mountain we had to cancel our plans. It was cool and rainy, but the biggest problem was the fog. It's not exactly safe or wise to go berry picking in Alaska - where there are bears - when you can't see more than 30 feet. So we went home instead, I did some homework, filmed a different video, and then I made keto chicken alfredo spaghetti squash bake for dinner. Link to recipe below.
