on an Excursion with the cruise liner you know we've only had an hour here and 20 minutes of that was spent queuing to get in there

I don't think there's any way we could have done everything that we did today independently

the food was didn't have labels so I didn't know what I was having which made it a bit difficult

#marella #discovery2 #cruise #kualalumpur #cruise We purchased the Best of Kuala Lumpur tour for Β£61 each prior to boarding the Marella Discovery 2 on our Fascinating Far East cruise of South East Asia. It took 90 minutes to get from Port Klang to Kuala Lumpur and our first stop was the Petronas Towers. We had about 15 minutes here to look at the towers from the ground and take photos. We then headed over to the KL Tower where we queued for 20 minutes to go through bag security and then wizzed our way up to the observation area for fabulous views over the city. We had about 20 minutes on the observation deck before we had to head down to get back on our coach to head over for lunch at a hotel. After this we visited the Batu Caves and spent 90 minutes here exploring the spectacular Hindu Temple and its surroundings. A highlight was watching the playful monkeys enjoying themselves. Another 90 minutes coach journey back to our cruise ship and a wonderful day in Kuala Lumpur. Was it worth it? Did it offer good value for money? Did it surprise us? Watch and find out....
