Creator's Key Takeaways

I love the rooms I love that there was a lot of space in the rooms I didn't feel cluttered

the buffet was a big let down for us I mean it wasn't the quality of food that we had experienced on other cruise lines

I would recommend buying it but if you're somebody that's used to princess you're used to all these extra things that you get for the same price I would recommend maybe going with Princess

Creator's Tips & Advice

Manage expectations: don't expect a luxury experience at a budget price
Consider the Yacht Club for a better experience, but compare prices to other lines

About our Bacon Score methodology
YouTube Video Description

Last year we tried MSC Cruises for the first time on a 7 day Western Caribbean cruise from Cape Canaveral in Orlando, Florida. Our itinerary took us to Nassau, the MSC Ocean Cay Marine Reserve, Costa Maya, and Cozumel. We did quite a bit of research before our cruise and it felt like there were a lot of polarized opinions; people either loved it or they hated it. After 7 days on the MSC Seaside we definitely found a lot of pro's to cruising with MSC, but we also experienced quite a few con's as well. We happened to be on the first trip that the MSC Seaside took after it failed the health inspection, and definitely noticed the aftermath with food shortages and issues. We're considering cruising with MSC again in hopes that maybe the logistics have been resolved. Would you guys cruise MSC? Do you think we should book again and put together a daily vlog?
