Our first official scenic cruising day took us to Hubbard Glacier. I had never been before, but this was a spectacular experience. Our captain safely guided our ship close to the immense face of the glacier, and then pivoted the ship so people on either side of the ship could have a chance to see the glacier. We had perfect weather during our time at Hubbard Glacier before heading back out to the Gulf of Alaska, where it started raining. Emma and I each worked a full day on this scenic cruising day. After we finished work, we rested; mom and Emma went to dinner at Alfredo's Pizza and then did some laundry, while I went to dinner in the Michelangelo dining room. I did not vlog anything after dinner on Hubbard Glacier day, so I finished the video the next day and discussed some of the issues we've experienced with the ship, and some of the more surprising interactions we have had so far with other passengers.
