Sunshine in Rüdesheim | Avalon Waterways Romantic Rhine Cruise

Join us on the Avalon Waterways Panorama for our first ever river cruise! We joined Avalon Panorama in Amsterdam and spent 7 nights making our way down to Basel on a Romantic Rhine river cruise. In this episode we've arrived at Rudeshime (Rüdesheim am Rhein) where we take the Choo Choo train in to the centre, next to the Siegfrieds Mechanisches Musikkabinett (Mechanical musical instrument museum). We opted for a hike up to the The Niederwald monument. After our hike back down, we try the Rüdesheimer coffee. All this was complimentary. We then made our way back up to where we'd just hiked on the cable car. The Seilbahn Rudesheim Lift cost 10euro per person. It was then time to head back to the ship as we were getting hungry!
