Today we are back on board Anthem of the Seas with Royal Caribbean for our 7 night cruise to Alaska! We have our next 2 days in this one video! We start with a day at sea where we begin with our first ever loyalty event now that we are platinum level with Royal Caribbean. From there we head to the SeaPlex for some hot dogs and then we attend an Alaska talk with a naturalist. After that its time for dinner at Izumi and then we enjoy a show in the main theater called The Gift! After that we do a bit of whale watching and then we arrive in our first port of Sitka Alaska! We get off the ship and head out with a local friend who takes us to the Alaska Raptor Center to learn about native bird species to alaska and how the facility rescues and rehabs injured birds. From there we head to the Fortress of the Bear to see some grizzly bears and black bears! After that we take some time to enjoy the natural beauty of Alaska and then we head inside an alaskan super market to see what life is really like here! After that we return to the Sitka port area to give you a full guide and tour of the area to show you what you can doo immediately off the ships and give you some helpful tips for future cruises.
