We only had ONE sea day on our Marella Discovery 2 cruise | Vlog Episode 2

Join us for Episode 2 of our Marella Discovery 2 Highlights of the Med Cruise series, where we enjoy a relaxing sea day packed with great food, dolphins, poolside fun and an unforgettable silent disco! We start the morning at The Glass House, a calmer alternative to Islands, serving breakfast from 7am–10am. From crumpets and pastries to omelettes, baps, fruit salad and Bircher pots, there’s something for everyone. A stroll along deck brings a magical surprise — dolphins swimming alongside the ship in their natural environment. Always such a treat to see at sea. Next, we stop by Coffee Port for premium drinks and sweet treats (not included in the standard drinks package). If you’d like to check prices or the menu, feel free to pause the video. Of course, we couldn’t resist heading back to one of our favourite spots onboard — The Snack Shack. After missing the chicken yesterday, we were determined today… and you’ll see exactly how that went! With the sun blazing, we spent a blissful afternoon by the pool. The water was refreshingly cool — even Gavin dipped his toes in! Hours drifted by before it was time to get ready for the evening. We bumped into Captain Freddie and his officers again, always lovely to see the camaraderie between the crew. After drinks in the Live Room, we headed to 47°, Marella Discovery 2’s main dining room. The service tonight was lightning‑fast! Pause the video anytime to browse the menu and let us know in the comments what you’d choose. Dessert didn’t disappoint — sweets, cheese, speciality coffees and aperitifs were all on offer. Later, we headed to The Squid & Anchor for a Silent Disco. We absolutely love these nights onboard — they’re always so much fun, and as you’ll see, we had an absolute blast! We finished the evening at Bar Eleven, soaking up the atmosphere before calling it a night.
