Flying JetBlue Airlines in a Pandemic | Fort Lauderdale (FLL) - San Francisco (SFO) | Trip Report

Hello Travelers, On November 20, 2021, I flew from Fort Lauderdale to San Francisco at the end of my 10 day cruise aboard Princess’ newest cruise ship, Enchanted Princess. This is my flight on JetBlue, and I booked the Even More Space seat, row 9F, the window seat. I really like the extra legroom those seats provide, and I lucked out—the middle seat was empty for the duration. Bonus! The trip was much like flying before the pandemic. JetBlue has not compromised their service in the name of COVID protocols for the most part. The main change was that they did not have hard liquor on board. They served beer and wine, but not spirits. They of course also served the usual beverages, such as tea, coffee, juices and sodas. They had their standard snacks for free, and the various meal boxes available for purchase (using a credit card—no cash). You can also pre-purchase on the app or on JetBlue.com, if I recall correctly. Once they had done their initial services, they opened the Pantry, where you could get much the same offerings for yourself in the middle of the plane.
