Creator's Key Takeaways
they take the formal dress code seriously you know Carnival or Royal Caribbean those I think would I would rate as the most casual of the lines as far as dress code goes
this was not sort of a family geared ship where there's a lot of you know enrichment lectures there were people talking about their expertise in various topics
they have kettles in the room um British style kettles it is a British Cruise Line and so you do have the British style tea kettles
afternoon tea was quite a production on this ship apparently there's a tradition where they clap in the waiters it's to a specific song

Hello Travelers, I boarded the Queen Mary 2 from New York City on July 21, 2023. This is a cruise of firsts—my first time on a Cunard ship, and my first time crossing the Atlantic Ocean. The cruise is seven days long, with no port stops at all. I wanted to take a few minutes to talk about some of the differences I saw between the Cunard cruise line and the more mainstream lines we see in North America (i.e., Carnival, Royal Caribbean). Main differences: 1. Dress code 2. Dancing 3. Activities 4. Not geared towards children 5. Library 6. Tea and coffee in the room 7. Afternoon Tea 8. Kennels Please like this video and subscribe to my channel to make sure you don’t miss future content. I have more videos for this cruise, as well as future cruises booked through the rest of this year and beyond. Thanks for watching!
