I Flew First Class on Alaska Airlines from San Francisco to Anchorage Here's What I Saw

Hello Travelers, I am flying first class on Alaska Airlines from San Francisco to Anchorage, Alaska as the start of a cruise southbound. If you have been following my channel (and I hope you do), you know that my last flight was o transatlantic first class on British Airways. Let me tell you, the difference between international first class and domestic is quite stark. Granted, so are the prices, but it was really brought home with this flight. The boarding was straightforward—first class boards earlier than most passengers. The seats are not the nice lay flat, private and enclosed suites you get on the long haul flights, but they are comfortable. This was almost a five hour flight, so that is important. The welcome drink for this flight was an unbranded Dixie cup of water. I think they also offered orange juice if I recall. The legroom is decent, and my carryon fit nicely under the seat. Soon we were on our way to Alaska. I do enjoy my window seats, and watching the scenery change as we flew from Northern California, up the through the Pacific Northwest and into Canada. After some time, the scenery changed to snow capped mountains and eventually, even some glaciers. The snow was gone by the time we made it to Anchorage, however. The tide was out as we came in for the landing, and you can see how far it goes. The landing was smooth, and we were off the plane quickly after that.
