Hello Travelers, I board Royal Caribbean’s Navigator of the Seas tomorrow, August 15, 2022. I flew in a day early, which is always a safer option than traveling the day of the cruise. I stayed at the Crown Plaza Los Angeles Harbor, and this is the room tour for room 622. I have not visited this property before, and it was a nice hotel. It was recommended by several cruisers on various Facebook cruising groups I belong to. It is quite close to the cruise port—we passed the port on the way in, and I was able to see the Diamond Princess sitting idle at dock. There didn’t seem to be much in the way of restaurants or shops directly around the hotel (at least not from the route we took to it), but there is a restaurant/bar in the hotel. It was open for dinner, but I hadn’t slept the night before, and crashed early rather than heading down and eating something. One of the reasons this hotel is great is that you can schedule a shuttle to the cruise port with them. It costs $5, and left at 10 or 11am. Since my boarding time was 11am, I took the 10am shuttle, which worked out fine. You do need to schedule it ahead though, because ours was 100% full. I have more videos for this cruise, as well as future cruises booked through the rest of this year and beyond. Thanks for watching!
